From business meetings to cocktail receptions, Char is your home for private dining events in Huntsville!  Our rooms can accommodate groups large and small for meetings, receptions, and seated lunch, dinner, or brunch events.

The Madison & Camellia Rooms can each accommodate up to 32 seated or 5o standing guests; the two rooms undivided, The Norfolk Room, can accommodate up to 64 seated or 100 standing guests. The rooms are adorned with white tablecloths and warm accents, separated from the main dining room for an intimate, elegant dining experience for your group. An audio visual screen is available for presentations; additional A/V equipment should be secured prior to your event.

A prix fixe menu featuring top-quality cuts of meat, fresh seafood and Southern fare is offered for groups of 13+.  Our Sales Manager will work with you to customize menu options to create the ultimate dining experience for you and your guests.  There is no fee for booking the private rooms, however, a food and beverage minimum is required to reserve the space.
